The residents and management at this large retirement community were unhappy with the dirt accumulation on their existing deck coating. The stairs were slippery and dangerous when wet. We proposed a two-tone color system which is highly dirt resistant and absolutely non-skid. Not only are the surfaces now waterproofed, but they are good looking and safe when they’re wet.
