The residents and management at this large community were unhappy with the dirt accumulation and stains on their existing balcony deck coating. We applied a base coat, intermediate coat (broadcasted with sand) and a topcoat to all balcony decks. Not only are the surfaces now waterproofed, but they look wonderful and are safe when wet.
