JOB PROFILE
This handsome building in Pacific Heights was a fairly typical preparation and coating project. The building had lead based coatings which required special preparation procedures by certified workers. There were structural issues with the masonry that required fairly extensive spall repair. This was followed by thorough caulking, patching and coating with an elastomeric waterproof coating.
